1. No Change of Mind Refunds

2. Refunds for Faulty or Defective Products
In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair if the product you purchased is:

• Significantly different from what was described
• Unsafe or not of acceptable quality.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request proof of purchase and evidence of the defect, such as photos. Once verified, we will process your refund, repair, or exchange.

3. Process for Requesting Refunds or Returns
To request a refund or return for faulty or defective items, follow these steps:

4. No Refunds for Digital Products or Gift Cards
Please note that refunds are not provided for digital products or gift cards unless the product is faulty or not delivered as promised.
